• The number of High School/Ice Show DIBS that parents are expected to work is based on the age of their oldest player in the youth program. Understanding Your DIBS Volunteer Requirement: Our DIBS tracking system shows a standard minimum of 3 volunteer shifts for each family. However, this number does not apply to all participants. If your oldest child plays in one of the age groups below, you are responsible for fulfilling the specific number of shifts assigned to your team: Squirt-2 Mite-2 Girls 8U-2 Termite-1 For example, if you have a Peewee and a Mite this year, your family will have to work 3 HS/Ice Show DIBS total. Being a parent coach or team manager does not mean that you do not have to work these High School Game/Ice Show DIBS, all families are required to work their concession stand DIBS.
